Sensationail Gel Swatches

Happy June loves,

I hope you have had a fantastic half of the year so far! I been so busy at work that I haven't gotten a chance to share with ya'll the awesome gel colors I got as a Sensationail Ambassador. So here they are. Don't forget to share in the comments which color is your favorite.

You will see me say "opaque/opacity" A LOT but there is no other way to describe these amazing forumulas. I know I totally sound bias but I can honestly tell you I own about 20+ gel polishes from other colors and I need at least three or four coats to get full coverage. But not with Sensationail colors. I will be doing a few 'live' swatches to prove this. But that will have to be on another post. :)

Let the swatching begin!

First up is 'Sun Kissed.' A jelly color that would compliment every skin tone. Bright enough to rock in all summer long. You can wear it alone or with nail art. These swatch was done with three coats.
Sun Kissed

'Cabana Boy' is my absolute favorite  Sensationail color I own so far. Very opaque and perfect for summer as well.

A super cute yellow color. 'Beat the Heat' and a perfect color for summer. Needless to say, the opacity is incredible as well.

'Blue Yonder' is a one coater my friends. This stunning dark blue is so opaque you can get away with just ONE coat. Obviously, you can do two for an extremely flawless manicure.

Look at those shimmers!

'Wedding Pearl' is a sheer color-shifting gel polish. Without a doubt, a very interesting color.

'After Five' is a light grey with subtle shimmers. I've posted a macro of this color so you can see how fine the shimmers are.

This is another personal favorite. "Cool Breeze' is one of the Pantone colors of the year. Two cats for this mani. You can wear it alone or under nail art. Very beautiful lavander-ish blue.
Cool Breeze

"Tangerine Glitter' is a dark orange glitter with some holo accents. The glitters are a little smaller so you need more coats if you want to wear it by itself. You could also sponge it over to get the best look. Another wonderful look for this is sandwich it with a jelly, just like my girl Lo (@bruisedupdollie) did here.  You can also see another gorgeous wear of this baby in Jolene's (@allglazedover) mani here.
Tangerine Glitter
Now, this is one of the best glitter polishes I've tried. Why? Well, simply because  "Gold Glitter' is super loaded with (you guessed it) glitters. This swatch was achieved with only two thin coats. This looks amazing all on its own but you can absolutely pair with other colors, textures, decorations, etc.
Gold Glitter
A nice metallic gold color. I am not a big fan of metallic polishes so I wouldn't really wear this on its own, BUT it would look amazing with some black or a burgundy. I will brainstorm a look for this beauty.
Little Gold Dress

This is another one of my absolute favorite ones. 'Bubly Champagne' is one of the few colors I think would compliment every skin tone. I am positive this color can be as eye-catching (on its own) as an elaborate work of nail art. The best part is that you only need two thin coats to achieve full opacity.
Bubbly Champagne
'La Creme' is my least favorite color, not because it doesn't have a great formula or opacity, it is because it does not go with my skin tone, I don't think. However, my darker skin toned ladies would rock this color. I am completely sure! Please prove it to me if you own this color and you have a darker complexion, I wanna see.
La Creme

When not sure, go nude - nude nail polish that it. 'Crystal Avalanche' is a lovely opaque enough nude. you can rock it by itself.
Crystal Avalanche

'Mauve Maven' is another color I think looks good on everyone. Two coats for this swatch.

Nice red with some shimmers can describe 'Barefoot Berry." Two coats for this as well.

Last but not least, here we have 'Royal Ruby.' This could be your go-to red gel color. Only two coats are needed for coverage.
Royal Rubi

Thanks for sticking around until the end. I hope you enjoy this swatching session. Let me know if you've tried any of these colors and what you think of them. If you haven't, would you give them a try?

Love,
Bellini
